Meditation Classes and Sittings

Meditation classes in The Light Source Center are directed by Natlie.

The Center provides individual and group classes, group meditations and monthly sittings. Classes are taught long-distance and internationally by telephone conferencing. There are also many informal gatherings designed to bring students together for further interaction and exchanging of ideas and experiences.

Classes are:

Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced

All students start at the beginner level and progress at their own rate.
Meditation classes are a pre-requisite for all other classes.

Group Sittings (Sitting in the Energy)
Group sittings, with Natlie are held monthly in the USA and are open to the public.

In-person classes are held in the USA. Regularly scheduled teleconference classes take place with locations anywhere in the world. These may be paid for by credit card. Fees may vary. Overseas students are responsible for phone charges for classes. Please email the LSC for more information.
