Many of the Light Source Center’s staff and leadership have been touched by Alzheimer’s. We understand from our own experiences the toll this disease takes on a person and those who love them. For Caregivers the effort of caring and loving leaves little time for self. We are offering a Caring for Caregivers meditation to help renew and re-energize.
