This six-week program will give beginners an opportunity to look deeper at themselves and the stresses in their life, to learn about the Light and how to work with energy as a tool to deal with and manage stress. Transformative meditations and discussion will be used for self-reflection and insight.
New sessions of Finding Balance will be held on Zoom only starting January 21 at 9 am, February 23 at 2 pm in Hungarian and March 11 at 9 am. Finding Balance will also be available in person at the Light Source Center in West Hartford, CT and on Zoom starting February 8 at 3 pm and February 23 at 3 pm.
