Tools to Change Your Life

This innovative six-week program will give beginners an opportunity to look deeper at themselves and the stresses in their life, to learn about the Light and how to work with energy as a tool to deal with and manage stress.

In each session students will experience transformative meditations that will give them real tools to use in their daily lives. Each class also includes time for discussion and is an opportunity for self-reflection and insight. Students receive recordings of the meditations.
