Group meditations are held both in person and on Zoom six times a week for students. All group meditations are followed by an opportunity to share your meditation experience. The entire program lasts no longer than one hour. Group meditations are $45 for the entire month and students may attend as many as they wish.

Students are invited to a potluck brunch and meditation. This is an opportunity to expand on the Sitting that occurred on Friday. We'll start the meditation at 11 am and enjoy conversation and great food. This is in person only.

Join us every Tuesday at noon to come together, send Light and hold the space of Love and Light for the Earth as we raise ourselves to a higher vibration. This mediation will last about 30-minutes and there will not be any discussion after. Register here.
