Through guided meditation we can learn how to balance our lives and truly love ourselves, finding an inner peace and contentment with our lives.

Truth & Growth

As we work toward balance and love, we begin to reveal our own truths, shedding expectations and growing into our true selves.

Energy & Connection

Everything is energy and learning how to positively access and use energy allows us to begin creating our lives from places of love and connection.

Support & Community

Students of the LSC have the opportunity to experience support and community through programs and activities beyond their classes.
