This six-week program will give beginners an opportunity to look deeper at themselves and the stresses in their life, to learn about the Light and how to work with energy as a tool to deal with and manage stress. Transformative meditations and discussion will be used for self-reflection and insight.
Unleash your creativity and free yourself as you move beyond your own judgment and expectation in this two-hour workshop. Combining meditation with a variety of art supplies you can open your creativity and let it flow. This workshop is suitable for teenagers and adults. All art supplies are provided.

For January and February The Light Source Center is offering our Community of Light Group Meditations on sale to help you kick off 2024 by doing something loving for yourself. Community of Light Group Meditations are open to anyone regardless of experience. These meditations are powerful opportunities to experience wonderful energy and connect to others. At the Light Source Center each meditation is followed by an opportunity to share your experience. Sharing not only helps ground the experience but in listening to others we open up even more avenues for growth and learning.
This is a monthly meditation for newer students who are already working with a LSC teacher. The focus is on coming together to learn even more about yourself, your connection to Spirit and the Light. Working in a group environment and learning about others in their spiritual journey will help to expand your own growth. The program will be held at 6 pm, once a month on a Friday and is $15.
