Join the Light Source Center for a special open house where we will share a sampling of what we do at the school. We will have light refreshments and celebrate our 25 years as a non-profit school. We welcome everyone to stay for our 6 pm Community of Light Group Meditation.
Join us every Tuesday at noon to come together, send Light and hold the space of Love and Light for the Earth as we raise ourselves to a higher vibration. This meditation will last about 30-minutes and there will not be any discussion after. Register here.
Experience movement from the inside out! Harmony in Motion Yoga is a gentle yoga class that allows your spirit to guide your movement, focusing the flow of energy to more deeply connect body, mind and spirit. Certified instructor Lori Kollmeyer guides you through gentle, traditional Hatha Yoga asanas to help you feel how your body is responding and understand the energy you are tapping into. You’ll come away feeling more balanced, refreshed and relaxed. This is a weekly program. Please bring your own yoga mat. No experience necessary.

This workshop is so much more than painting. Teens will explore their creativity, learn to trust their insights and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Led by the Light Source Center’s experienced teachers, teens will experience short meditations, and plenty of art supplies to help them make the most of their creative explorations. Teens don’t need any art or painting experience. This workshop is about the journey, not the final product. We provide all the supplies.
There are two sessions today. Please be aware that 11 am is designed for middle school-aged kids. 3 pm is designed for high school teens.
Students are welcomed to join us in a special group meditation on Friday nights that will build off of the energy and experiences of the sittings. This group meditation may last more than the usual one-hour to allow for deeper conversation about our meditations and how the energy is impacting our lives. This group meditation is included in the group meditation fee.

Every day we create our lives, but sometimes we do it unconsciously. Focusing on what we truly want can be difficult in a world full of distractions. How do we envision our lives and set about creating them? Beyond the Vision Board offers the space for you to explore where you are in your life, what matters most to you and understand what you want to create. Beyond the Vision Board is open to anyone interested in exploring what is possible when we create our lives by using Light and Love.
